Epic Armageddon - Tyranid objective: Bio-Titan finished!

Buenas!
Si recordáis la entrada del otro día (AQUI), os enseñé el proyecto de Objetivo Tiránido... bueno, pues está acabado!

Hello!

If you remember the post I made the other day (HERE), I showed you the Tyranid Objective prject... well, now it is finished!

Con un pintado sencillo y con algo de prisa por acabar, he aquí el proyecto.
Intenté pintar con un poco de marrón en la zona con más rascadas y con más tierra levantada solo para dar un poco más de color a la escena, pero no me acaba de gustar (es solo un lavado de tinta).

With a simple painting and with more haste than the necessary 

I tried to put a little brown on the areas where the dirt has been moved by the claws of the Titan; just to put a little more colour on the model, but I don't like it very much (its just an ink wash).

A estas alturas, cuando ya tengo la entrada con las fotos, me doy cuenta que no he pintado las baldosas, así que las pinto y me despido con las fotos del modelo terminado de verdad xD
At this point, when I have the post almost finished, I realize that I haven't painted the tiles, so I paint them and I'm ready to say goodbye with the photos of the model finally finished xD

Epic Armageddon - Tyranid objective: Bio-Titan

Hoy os enseño un objetivo Tiránido; un titan caido (que puedo usar como simple pieza de terreno, o incluso cuando me maten el titan en una partida, para ponerlo donde caiga muerto XD)

Hello!
Today I'll show you a Tyranid objective; a fallen titan (that I can use as terrain, or even when in a game, the enemy kills my titan, to put it on the place where it falls dead XD)

El caso es que cuando me llegó el Hierofante quise hacer un objetivo con ese bicho así que me lo cloné con masilla, así que aqui lo veis, tal como estubo durante meses, si saber como seguir con el mismo, con la salvedad de añadir algo en el suelo para representar la tierra levantada por el impacto del colosal peso del titan.

The thing is that, when the Hierophant arrived I wanted to do an objective with it, so here you can see the beast I cloned with greenstuff, as it stayed for months, while I didn't know what to do with it (with the exception of something to act as dirt on which the colossal weight of the titan had sunk on its falling.

Aquí llego a un punto muerto y estoy meses sin saber como avanzar el proyecto, pero al ver la imagen de abajo (sacada de la pagina de Facebook de Beyond the Green River) me viene la inspiración y por fin recupero el ánimo para continuar trabajando.

At this point I don't know  how to continue with the project, but once I saw the picture below (which I took from Beyond the Green River Facebook's page) I was inspired on what to do next.

Llega el momento de añadir ruinas / It's the moment to add some ruins

Y de acabar el titan de una vez / And to finally finish the titan

Y aquí una vez añadidas todas las ruinas, arena, farolas, baldosas y algún gante muerto / And here, once all the ruins, streetlamps, sand, tiles and even some dead gaunts had been added

Hoy otra entrada pequeñita. Seguimos con los Lictores, en este caso solo uno:

Today another small post. I'll show you one more lictor:

Para esta miniatura me inspiré en la de Victoria Lamb (AQUI) que como podéis ver es una maravilla!

To do this miniature, I was inspired by the one Victoria Lamb  did (HERE). As you can see it is awesome!

Mi versión es mucho más simple, pero para mi suficientemente buena XD
He empezado con un modelo de Marine de los viejos que tenía tirado por ahí y que he usado como estatua desde la que el Lictor se prepara para realizar su emboscada:

My versión is so much simple, but good enough for me xD
I started with an old Marine I had arround, and I used it as the statue where the Lictor is gonna do the ambush:

Como podéis ver he pintado todo el Lictor de gris salvo las partes más alejadas de la estatua que he pintado de rojo para que se le vea un poco y no sea todo tan monocromático, a parte de añadir un toque más de color gracias al azul del Ultramarine!

As you can see, I've painted the Lictor grey but the parts of the model that were far away from the statue, so it can be seen and it doesn't look just as a grey blob; and the Ultramarine just adds blue to the scene.

Buenos días!

Hoy traigo un invento que he hecho estos días y se trata de unos Lictores que buena falta le hacían a mi ejercito para tener un poco más de variedad.

Hello!

Today I'll show you something I've been doing this last days; some Lictores that my Hive Fleet needed in order to add some variety to the lists.

Lo primero que hice fue el cuerpo, para luego añadir las garras aceradas y usar las Garras Afiladas extras de un Carnifex.

The first thing I did was the body, so then I added the limbs and finally some spare Scything Talons from a Carnifex.

El tamaño es mayor del que a mi me hubiese gustado, pero creo que va a valer.

The size is bigger that the one I actually wanted, but I think it'll do the trick.

Las fotos de los Lictores acabados; empezando por el primero de todos, que no tiene nada especial, simplemente un pintado normal en una base plana.

The photos of the finished Lictors; starting with the first one, that has nothing special, just a normal painting and a plain base.

El segundo está agazapándose en un arbusto cambiando su piel entre el rojo de la planta y el gris de las rocas.

The second one is crouching in a bush, as it changes it's skin colour from the grey of the rocks to the red of the plant.

El último está encaramado a unas ruinas, totalmente camuflado y a la espera de que se acerque una víctima. Creo que ha quedado demasiado monocromático, y no me acaba de convencer, pese a que quería precisamente que el Lictor quedara bien camuflado...

The last one is hidden in some ruins, perfectly camuflaged and waiting for a victim to be near it. I think this is too plain and I'm not totally conviced by it, even when I wantet to represent the lictor like a really good camuflage...

Pues nada, aquí tenes 3 Lictores, todos un poco diferentes, y me voy a preparar para ampliar el grupo en 3 más. ¿Que propuestas me hacéis al respecto? ¿Como los pondríais?

Epic Armageddon - Hierophant terminado! / Hierophant finished!

Buenas a todos! 

Por fin! El Hierofante esta terminado! Como habéis visto en entradas anteriores, tengo una marea de Gantes en la peana; unos Marines de Asalto perseguidos por Gargolas y un Aerovoro.
Todo esto mientras el Hierofante avanza, haciendo caso omiso a todo la lucha que se desarrolla a su alrededor, claramente con un objetivo mayor en mente.

Finally! The Hierophant is finished! As you've seen on previous posts, I have a sea of Gaunts on the base; some Assault Marines being chased by some Gargoyles; and a Hive Crone.
All that as the Hierophant advancing, not paying any attention to the situation that is going on, as it must have a more important objective in mind.
